The Italian company’s endeavours in the world of cycling actually stem from a desire to convey values which also play an important role in everyday life. Dedication, passion, commitment, sacrifice, collaboration: in cycling, just like in life itself, we need to have solid foundations on which to build for success. So what better choice than to convey these values to young people?
This ambitious goal led to the genesis of Liquigas Camp. By spending an entire week fully immersed in the world of cycling, children between 7 and 12 years of age can enjoy an unforgettable experience that helps them to learn more about a healthy sport like cycling and understand the values it represents.
The Liquigas Camp staff makes the young cyclists feel at home, offering sporting and educational guidance so they can try their hand at all types of cycling and have fun at the same time.
The camp works closely with the Liquigas-Cannondale Pro Cycling Team so the youngsters will also have the chance to cycle side by side with professional riders who will be their teachers for a day during the three sessions.
